We recently hired Emmanuel and the team at Sterling Park Properties for a complete deck rebuild, and their structural craftsmanship and build quality are phenomenal.

From the ground up, their focus on construction details was clear:

Rock-Solid Framing: Built with ground-contact pressure-treated lumber, tightly spaced 12" on-center joists, and heavy-duty Simpson hardware for a completely rigid, bounce-free structure.

Meticulous Moisture Protection: They went the extra mile with comprehensive flashing, polyurethane sealing, and full butyl seam tape across every joist, beam, and ledger to protect the subframe for decades.

Precision Finish Work: Every miter cut, wrapped post, and hidden fastener on our Trex Select decking and custom rail system was installed with exact tolerances and zero cut corners.

Emmanuel and Alexa ran the job with outstanding communication, full transparency, and total respect for our property. If you want a contractor who treats framing and flashing with the same high standards as the final visible finishes, hire Sterling Park Properties.

Additionally, they provided a one year warranty for their work.

We found Emmanuel through our trusted BNI Network, and I'm so glad we did! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. His team did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel and what really stood out was their attention to detail — they made sure everything looked perfect before calling the job done. No cutting corners here!
Emmanuel was also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He kept my husband in the loop on every phase of the project and checked in regularly, which made the whole experience stress-free. That kind of professionalism is rare and truly appreciated.
As a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers Atlanta, I work with clients every day who are looking to remodel bathrooms, kitchens, basements, or even their entire home — and Emmanuel is absolutely someone I will be referring with confidence. If you're looking for a contractor who is reliable, thorough, and easy to work with, look no further. Highly recommend!

See the photos below — the before and after speak for themselves!

An unexpected accident occurred after I had lived in my home for over 17 years. I was blessed to cross paths with the most respected, professional, and caring contractors I could have ever asked for, Sterling Park Properties. They treated me like family, and my satisfaction was their priority. They worked very diligently to accomplish nothing less than perfection; I even got a few upgrades, such as a new quiet garage door with intelligent connectivity, outdoor lights, and a Ring camera. I could not be more pleased and thankful for the outcome. The project was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Sterling Park Properties for all your big or small projects.

We are highly pleased with the work Sterling Park Properties completed at our home. The home improvement enhancements of building a deck and creating a front porch with wheelchair accessibility was aesthetically pleasing and of high quality. These additions have contributed to the quality of life of my husband who recently experienced a life changing illness. All staff were professional and kind. The completion time from start to finish was acceptable even with weather challenges. Communication was ongoing, and most of all my level of trust of this company was high. I without hesitation highly recommend this company for home improvement projects.

We’re incredibly grateful to Emanuel and his amazing team—especially Jovan and Miko—for their exceptional support in helping us set up one of our prefab expandable tiny homes at our temporary display site in Powder Springs, Georgia.

As we continue our mission at My Tiny Home Hub to make affordable, stylish ADUs (accessory dwelling units) accessible to all, their hands-on assistance with site prep, setup, and on-the-ground logistics helped us create a realistic display for interested buyers across the metro Atlanta area.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and community-first mindset are exactly what we look for in a partner. We’re excited for future collaborations with the Sterling Park Properties team as we work together to expand housing options and uplift neighborhoods throughout Georgia.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy partner for tiny home site preparation, ADU support, and prefab home projects!

Emmanuel and the team at Sterling Park Properties has been an incredible partner for our kitchen and bathroom remodels. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they truly treat each project as if it were their own. Throughout the process, they have shown genuine care for their client’s vision, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with their needs.

Even if it takes multiple visits to our showroom for their clients happiness.

Highly recommend them for anyone seeking a contractor who goes above and beyond!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Sterling Park Properties for their incredible support during Hurricane ******. This was a tragic event for my family and me in ********, and we were all quite shaken, especially my kids. In the midst of the chaos, finding a contractor seemed impossible until Sterling Park Properties stepped in. ******** personally met me just 40 minutes after my call on a Saturday morning, exemplifying their dedication to ensuring our well-being. Their swift response and genuine concern made a world of difference to us. The team worked tirelessly to clean our home from the storm-driven rain, and the results were nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism and efficiency were truly commendable. Thank you, Sterling Park Properties, for being there when we needed it most.
